People always. ## Products and systems - Site Forge: an eight-stage automated website rebuild pipeline (probe, scrape, audit, build, polish, parity and accessibility check, gated preview, go-live). Builds hand-designed multi-page sites from a business's real content, photos, and verified reviews; proves every route, phone number, form, map, and social link from the old site carried over; runs a WCAG 2.2 AA check; optimizes images (AVIF/WebP), self-hosts fonts, sets caching and security headers; deploys to a private access-coded preview. - COS + DEO scoring engine: two separate 0-100 scores, never combined. COS (Conversion Opportunity Score) measures how much business a website leaves on the table (review placement, contactability, mobile, design age, investment signals). DEO (Digital Entity Optimization) measures whether Google and AI assistants can find, understand, and recommend the business (structured data, crawlability, llms.txt, entity clarity, answer readiness). Snapshots the domain's DNS, replicates every record into a new zone, adds SPF and DMARC baselines when missing, runs a hard parity gate on MX, SPF, and DKIM, and only then offers the nameserver switch. The client's only step is pasting two nameservers, which is reversible. No AI in this path. - Analytics and crawler visibility: a first-party beacon and an edge log on every hosted site. Sessions, page journeys, intent clicks (calls, texts, bookings, forms), Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) from real visitors, and a log of search and AI crawler visits (Googlebot, Bingbot, GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot). The quote is the price. - Hosting and care: $50 per month. Cloudflare hosting, SSL, security, uptime monitoring, first-party analytics dashboard, monthly report, contact-form email handling, unlimited edits to the existing site, free UI upgrades as builds improve. - No contracts. Clients own the design, code, content, domain, and hosting setup from day one, in writing.
